remember how i said i was working on a top secret project?

john jager is getting married and all thanks to me!!! no that's not true, a very talented book binder did most of the hard work but by combining our powers of awesome we were able to swindle the unsuspecting Lauren into agreeing to never have kisses with anyone but john for as long as they both shall live and all that jazz. anyway, yay for john and lauren!

hello october my old friend. this is the time of year it occurs to me that i know how to knit and i make a zillion mismatched pairs of arm warmers. today i hallucinated the smell of carmel apples, it seems someone got flavored coffee for the office again.

also, don't forget to come to this show i'm in. it was pretty hard cause i'm no good at origami and a recent exact-o knife mishap made me nervous doing this.

The Inspired Art Project enlists local artists to create and donate original works, inspired by original poetry written by the youth of America SCORES Chicago’s after school program.

Artwork will be displayed alongside the original poem and auctioned at the Inspired Art Show on October 1st, 2009. Proceeds from the Inspired Art Auction will directly benefit SCORES, providing free, creative writing and soccer after-school programming to students on the West Side.
